Principal and Founder

Jessica Sharpe is a nationally respected cultural strategist and operations leader with more than three decades of experience shaping visitor-centered destinations, complex public spaces, and major cultural institutions. Known for her ability to align mission, revenue, and exceptional guest experience, she has led multimillion-dollar earned revenue programs, guided cross-functional teams, and supported organizations through transformational moments, from capital expansions to major public launches.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where she oversaw more than $15M in earned revenue and built integrated visitor engagement systems. As a consultant, she has partnered with cultural and real estate development projects to design and implement visitor experience strategies from the ground up.

Through J Sharpe Solutions, Jessica brings strategic clarity, operational depth, and a collaborative, people-first approach to organizations navigating growth, change, and opportunity.
